Initiate deletion in the app
Open After Hours Poker / Feierabend Poker → Options → Account. Choose “Delete account & data”, or “Delete progress & data” as a guest, and confirm. Email-based accounts may require the password again.
Request deletion without the app
Email [email protected] with the subject “After Hours Poker – Delete account”, preferably from the address linked to your game account. Include your player name or friend code if known. Do not send passwords or full payment details. We verify account ownership and generally handle requests within one month.
Data covered
Deletion concerns the game account, its contact details, server-stored progress, leaderboard entries, friend code and online status. The in-app deletion feature also resets the local save on that device. An email request cannot remotely remove files from your devices; delete those copies locally.
Platform data and purchases
This does not automatically delete purchases, platform accounts or data independently held by Google, Apple or Valve. Contact the relevant provider for those requests. Account deletion is not an automatic purchase refund. Steam Cloud may retain additional save copies; check Steam Cloud settings.
