You play Tempered without an account or sign-in. Your progress stays on your device. The app shows no ads, offers no in-app purchases and collects no usage statistics. We receive no data from you.
3. Data on your device
The app stores only on your device: your progress and current runs, your best runs, your rank and achievements, and your settings (music, sounds, language, vibration). This data is not sent to us. If you delete the app, it is gone.
4. No advertising
The current version of Tempered shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK; no advertising ID is read. If we add ads in a later version, we will update this policy first and, in the EU, ask for your consent.
5. No purchases
The current version contains no in-app purchases. If we add purchases, they will be handled exclusively by Google Play or Apple’s App Store; we will update this policy first.
6. No usage statistics
We do not use analytics or tracking services to evaluate how you play. If we ever add such a service, we will update this policy first.
7. The app stores
Downloading the app is subject to the privacy policies of Google or Apple. These providers may process their own data, for example about app crashes, which we do not control.
8. Children
Tempered is not directed at children under 13.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, data portability and to withdraw consent. As we do not store any data about you, there is nothing for us to disclose or delete; for questions write to us at the email address above. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection authority, e.g. the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).

We update this policy when the app changes. The version published here applies.
